Product Introduction

YF-858 is a single component, solvent-free, non fogging, non sulfurized, and plastic first sealant for insulating glass produced mainly from imported polyisobutene. ZY-S700 maintains its plasticity and sealing property in a wide temperature range, and its surface does not crack and remains hard, with excellent aging resistance. It has excellent adhesion to materials such as glass, aluminum alloy, galvanized steel, stainless steel, etc. Fully meet the production of high-performance insulating glass.

application:

Mainly used for the first sealing of insulating glass and glass curtain walls. Refrigerators, freezers and other fields. (Please conduct compatibility test when in contact with other adhesives).

Glue application requirements

1. YF-858 insulated glass special butyl rubber is used in conjunction with a dedicated butyl rubber coating equipment. It is recommended to apply the rubber at a temperature of 110-140 ℃, and the construction environment temperature should not be lower than 5 ℃.

2. Before installing the rubber cylinder, ensure that the rubber surface is clean and free of foreign objects.

3. Clean, dry, and remove dust and oil stains from all glass surfaces that need to be bonded.
